The staff at Jimmy Smoke Shop are rude and disrespectful showing me unwanted attention every time I walk in there. I stopped going to that store.

New Britain would never be the same without Jimmy''s!! The owners and staff are absolutely delightful. Courteous, respectful and always there when you need them. I wouldn''t spend my hard earned money anywhere else!
