  Asked the guy for two disposable vapes. I specifically said I wanted them rechargeable, and non ice variants. He recommended Savage brand. He personally picked out two vapes and handed them to me. I did not point to either of them. Turns out one is rechargeable, one isn''t. I immediately walked back in after going to my car and seeing the difference.
  
  He would not take the non-rechargeable vape back and give me a rechargeable one. Why?
  
  Edit: The below reply is a lie. I did ask jokingly if they had any Christmas deals on the way in.
  
  However when you recommended me one brand I asked if they were rechargeable and you said no, I said I wanted rechargeable because I often have problems with ones that say they are so many puffs and die on me before reaching that. You recommended Savage I asked if they were rechargeable and you read the box and said yes. I said I wanted non ice fruity flavors and YOU picked out the two flavors and read them aloud and I said that''s fine. You then asked me to try them before I left the store. I did and said they were good. That is in policy to make sure you do not get a dead vape. You blatantly lied and then said have a good Christmas on the way out being smug. Dude you messed up. Rather than just replacing the $12(or less) you pay for a vape you will surely make back on me because I live close by, you chose to go that route.
  
  You think I am trying to scam you by walking out the door and immediately walking back in to tell you? Come on buddy.

  I absolutely love this place the owner, the employees especially Ali They are so amazing and they treat their customers so well they’ve got great prices and they’re always so friendly. I just love walking into that place. It makes me smile when I walk out. I highly recommend this place. Whitney and Tasha❤️💯
