Nice store . They stay open late so I appreciate that , very convenient being that it’s close to home . Unfortunately, they need to fire the young lady in there, I wish I knew her name I think it’s Kira but she’s a brunette and very tight faced. ZERO customer service , she’s always in her phone and she doesn’t acknowledge you when you walk in which is very rude . As a business owner I frown upon these inexperienced type of people who could care less about their employers customer’s. It’s literally the most awkward 2 minutes whenever I go. I will no longer be going to that store today was the final straw ! To end in a positive light , the redhead girl is the complete opposite ,very nice , knowledgeable and greets me the moment I walk-in. So thanks to her I''m giving this store a little grace !

They have a sign that says “ No returns or exchanges on All VAPES “ and try to say it applies to everything. That’s not what the sign says nor what the last girl working in the store said. Definitely won’t be back. They aren’t helpful at all.
