Came in not knowing there was a smoke shops and holy smokes it was a good thing this rain storm happened. Kelvin helped me out and man was he a big help. He was very knowledgeable on all his products since I just came in browsing he showed me all the shop had to offer . Kept me within my budget and just a pleasure to talk to while waits for the Miami weather to pass

Honestly one the best smoke shops I’ve been to in my entire life. The employees are nice,the music and vibes are amazing and welcoming and overall their products are great. I would convince anyone to go to that smoke shop specifically. Love you Holy smokes of West Kendall,keep up the great work.
I used to love visiting this smoke shop, and I hate to say this but my recent experiences have been nothing short of infuriating due to one specific employee. The worker I encountered was shockingly rude and condescending. During a phone call, I inquired about the price of a device they sell, and the response I received was, "We don''t discuss prices over the phone, buddy." This felt unnecessarily condescending and off-putting, and it left me feeling upset.
On another occasion, I purchased a device that was malfunctioning, auto-firing, and wasting the coil. When I brought this to the employee''s attention, he callously claimed there was nothing he could do other than suggesting I buy another one. This lack of consideration, especially as a loyal customer for years, was absolutely infuriating.
This Holy Smoke just isn’t as good as it used to be. I deeply regret to say that this one employee has not just ruined, but completely destroyed my experience with the shop. I can''t express my disappointment enough. Potential customers should seriously consider going somewhere else when deciding whether to visit this smoke shop.
