  employees always really nice and helpful! some smoke shop employees act like you’re bothering them, but everyone’s always been really great to me at this business. thanks

  The price are good.. but if you want to buy blunts and any other things like that than stay away.. this is 3rd time I buy and are always super dry!!!

  Update (that I forgot to post): I came back the same day and was able to purchase the battery I needed. While the employee was friendly, he didn''t seem to know much about the specific battery and told me it came with a cartridge, which seemed a bit odd. Thank goodness I already had a cartridge because it indeed did NOT come with one. 😅 that said, love the battery and the quality of product.
  
  Original: If I can ever get INTO the shop, I am super hopeful I can amend my review. As is, it is 10:15 and I''m still waiting for it to even open. I get it''s a vape shop and my husband says I shouldn''t expect much, but it is wild to me that you''d not even hold to your posted store hours....

  Amazing customer service and environment. I have never had a bad experience at a happy clouds shop and that’s why my husband and I visit every time we come into Austin

  UPDATE:
  My son bought a 50.00 vape, got home it was dead, would not charge, he took it back the next day, and they only gave him partial credit, that was Tuesday, went in today bought another one, and it was also dead, After this happened,
  
  I spoke with the owner and He is now putting in place a policy to help the store and its customers if this happens again. I am so glad to see positive change that benefits the store and customers alike. I have updated this review due to the willingness of the store to make positive change. I will be going back to Happy Clouds due to their pricing, policies and convenience of location.
