Great customer service. I expressed to them that they didn’t have the vape juice that I wanted and the boss (John) made sure to get it in stock for me. The only vape shop that I’ve gone to since I moved down here in 2020. Once I tried to go somewhere else and it didn’t compare! Plus they have great deals! 2 high quality vape juices for $30. I’m here either every week or every other week. Love this place!

My first time here today. I had tons of questions, and the gentleman at the counter (Colin, I think it was...) was so kind and helpful to me. I will definitely be back. Thanks for the A+ service! He was super cute, too... 😘

I was helped by Cameron. Who is not only extremely kind but very knowledgeable about all the products in the shop. Grateful J''s has a huge selection of products. If you are looking for rolling papers, this store has a huge selection of premium papers. RAW rolling paper seems to be the top seller. They have a large selection of RAW. Ranging from papers, cones, rollers, grinders & trays. You can also get all of your vape needs here as well. If you are looking for e juice they have a nice selection. Also check out the wild berry incense. Great store will return for another visit.

This store has always rubbed me wrong and had strange supply''s. Until recently it was benign and helpful in a pinch at best, but they really need to look at who they are hiring, I had a terrible experience with an older white man working there and was so shocked I didn''t get a name, but I will no longer be bringing my business there just to avoid and interaction with him again
