Great customer service. I was visiting from out of the country and they were very respectful and knowledgeable. Also very good pricing compared to other stores in the area.
I''ll tell you folks what I said on Yelp. I''ve been going to Puja and her husband for years - nearly three to be precise. I was actually just in her shop about twenty minutes ago. You won''t find a nicer vape shop owner in the greater Rochester area. She''s incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. If you''re not happy with the service provided, she''ll make it right for you. For the people bad-mouthing and moaning, did you ever even give them a chance? I doubt it. She''ll bend over backward for you and all you can do is complain. Bottom line for this shop? If you''re in Webster and you smoke this is the choice. No alternatives. She beats everyone else and it''s not even close.
