  Mark at Elliston Smoke Shop was extraordinary friendly and helpful. I told him what I like and he pointed me towards the perfect pipe blend that will now absolutely be a mainstay in my rotation. Good, knowledgeable, and friendly service!

  Great place to pick up a few of my favorite sticks(Cigars)! Mark is Super Nice and very Knowledgeable. One of my favorite stops on Elliston Place. If Love Cigars or anything Smoke, I Highly recommend that you stop by! 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

  I bought 3 vapes none of them worked ! Trash place and terrible customer service . The guy who works there is short tempered and very rude when I complained !

  Fake vapes !! I know my vapes ! Atleast 2 different brands I bought were fake ! 39 years of business?? Lmfao vapes have not even been around 39 years 😂😂 🤡

  I drove here specifically because it is not a chain store and to support historic Elliston Place.
  
  After patently waiting while the shop keeper helped another customer, I inquired about one of the 3 or 4 brands of cigarettes this store carries.
  
  The response was, "I don''t smoke cigarettes and I never have. You can just go with what you feel."
  
  I complimented the bearded shopkeeper for never having smoked a cigarette.
  
  I replied, "I feel that I may as well have taken my business elsewhere as I shall."
  
  If I were unable to purchase any of the many interesting products elsewhere, I would do without (nicotine) rather that step into this store again.
  
  In fairness, the store appears to have tobacco products for discerning users. Without research, I hazard a guess that this store has at least one or more competitors in the Greater Nashville Area.
  
  I''d rather quit than go there.
  
  Épilogue:
  The person who sold me 3 packages of American Spirit and my first can of Zyn gave much better service at the somewhat sketchy Kwik Sak on West End Ave., despite his limited English language skills.
