  First time visiting the shop and lounge and had an incredible time. Angus, the employee working, was very knowledgeable and helpful and ended up guiding me to one of my new favorite smoke. The atmosphere of the lounge was very laid back and welcoming. Looking forward to the next time I’m able to go back. 10/10

  Today I had the most amazing experience when it comes to cigars in Rochester
  
  The gentleman who served me had such elite knowledge about cigars, along with an inventory beyond my wildest desires
  
  His recommendation allowed me to have an amazing time with my good friend, his due diligence and customer service skills was also of world class level

  Wow! Beautiful shop with quality glass and many unique pieces.
  But the cigar collection is the most impressive ive seen. Young man, tons of knowledge and traditional personable service.
  Many styles and varieties to enjoy with a too welcoming lounge to enjoy your purchase.

  Great Selection. Nice lounge. Angus was very helpful and knowledgeable. He suggested some rare Padrons that are difficult to find. It''s open late, which is great for football season.
