Matteo is amazing but the other employees need to step it up! From lack of knowledge to poor service my favorite smoke shop is quickly turning into my least favorite. I spend a lot of money here, and the ONLY reason I continue to return is because of Matteo’s service. Everybody else should do better!

Matteo is the absolute best customer service person I''ve ever come across. He''s always so helpful and is always there! However after doing two extremely large transactions we were made aware that the employees do not recognize compensation or even commission off those large purchases. I really hope the company remedies this and allows employees to receive some commission off of purchases over $500, other than that our favorite shop to go to thanks to Matteo and Matteo alone. 💖
Good selection and friendly service. Andre was awesome and super knowledgeable. Texas is more pricey than Oregon and surprising, but definitely worth stopping and I would recommend.
