Ponytail dude with the beard is rude and clearly hates when he has to switch out new vapes when the one you purchased is bad. & claims he never has any problems with the boxes he orders. Well that surely wasn’t the case. Couldn’t give me the same flavor and told me I would have to get a different flavor… was very polite to him just for him to look irritated. I have no problems with other smoke shops switching out a bad one because the one I purchased and tried was bad. I always make sure to try it before I leave, so if you’re deciding to get a vape here just be aware that this is how you’ll be treated when buying them.
