They “open” at 10 supposedly because they have it written on the door, but they come in to work when they feel like it. That means they may open at 11am,12pm or even 1 pm. They do not care?
I shop here often and have never had a problem like this before. I walked in today 12/12/23 9:54pm, right before closing. Different employee, an older man. I usually deal with Melanie. Shes great, and hepful. I purchased 7 Arizonas & 4 pks of Strawberry Clipper Cigars. I buy them all the time. As I emptied my bag, I noticed 4 Clipper pks, but 1 pk had NO CELLOPHANE at all, & 1 pk has partial CELLOPHANE. I called the store, of course THEY''RE CLOSED!!! You can''t even leave a message. I will go in tomorrow when they open. The open packs they sold me, NEED TO BE REPLACED, PERIOD. I don''t know if they have been tampered with, or who/why they were opened.
