Older female not very welcoming or helpful. Seemed like it bothered her that I walked into the store 10 minutes before closing time. I asked her if they carried cigars and she answered no. I decided to look around for a minute since I had never been in there. She kept repeating “we don’t have any”. I asked her are you closing soon? She responded “yes in a few minutes” I told her it seems like you don’t want me in here and she stayed quite. She is unfriendly and lacks customer service skills!

Took a friend there. He says they have good prices but among everything else it''s clean the people are very very nice

I always get good customer service there the employee there Raul he is such a fun person he plays his music and then I tell him where''s the Cumbia music and he''ll put it on and I''ll get to dancing. I can always find what I need there I had a certain kind of drink one day and I told him about it and he ordered a couple cases so they would be there for me if I wanted some and I like that.

This store is open later than most stores selling tobacco products in Gilroy. They aren''t as fully stocked as just a tobacco store might be but they have most of what you might want
