Met Eric today. He was extremely welcoming and showed me around the shop. I think I found my new favorite spot. Definitely will visit again soon! Excellent service and very informative.

Great helpful people every other time I’ve been in. However today this lady was there who was a little rude and not helpful at all. The music was so loud I had to shout to talk to her. She didn’t know what I was looking for even though I had purchased it there several times before. I’ll swing by another time I guess.

Second time I bought a r&m vape and it was burnt I hit it 3 times before I left to make sure it worked but when I hit it again when I got home it was burnt that’s like 80$ down the drain. It’s ok tho I went to vape shop smoke and puff and told them about it and they told me they understand that and their return policy isn’t as bad if they know I just got a vape that’s bad they’ll either refund me or give me another vape

Wake N Bake Smoke Shop
I went there last night and the clerk was very RUDE. There was no greeting whatsoever and he immediately demanded to see ID’s (which I didn’t have a problem showing) but I didn’t even feel comfortable purchasing anything after that. Being a woman and being treated like that by a so called “man” was unacceptable. I understand that smoke shops are cracking down on minors but that was uncalled for. There’s a correct way to address people, its called using your damn manners! If you want to get your temper high and not an actual high then this is the place but as far as customer service I wish I could give ZERO STARS!!! I HIGHLY DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, THERE IS A BETTER SMOKE SHOP RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER SO DON’T EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY HERE !!!
