This is my go to for vape supplies. The staff is friendly and wonderful to talk to. I gave 4 stars as the selection is limited and don''t have some supplies or mods that are needed. Their prices are spot on and cheapest in town. Their prices are also within comparison of online retailers. Would be outstanding if there was an online shopping feature that contains their products.

UPDATE: with the kind and honest response from the owner I change my review to 5 stars. It helps the consumer understand the barriers that a business has. It also helps to have a kind and heartfelt explanation. I appreciate the response that was quick and also have a full understanding. Keep up the good work Cloud 9!

I was here from Oklahoma and broke my tank, the young lady there was a great help with getting me a new tank. She was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I love the tank she sold me so much I came back and got another one.
