John was so helpful and he was knowledgeable about all the products. He even recommended different types of shisha and I had an amazing experience. I will be back next week. I’m so happy they opened up right here. Make sure to give John a raise. He’s a amazing worker and he really made my night😁

Awesome shop. They had accessories I needed and some I didn''t even know I needed. They have hats shirts bags really all the apparel I wanted minus a welding cap but hopefully they will have those soon. Really treat you better than family and great to be around

FANTASTIC!!! I’m not the type of person to leave a review online, as a matter of fact this is my first time…. BUT, I feel like my experience at Cloud9 in Austell deserved public praise. Upon my arrival I was blown away at the cleanliness and amazing atmosphere in the shop. The employees that were working at the time of my visit were very passionate about their job, and you could tell that they were very well informed and were happy to help!! I’m a new customer when it comes to the Delta 8 (I think) products. One of the employees named Sean made sure to inform me on everything I needed to know and was more than happy to answer every question I had regarding the product. Overall…. I LOVED THIS PLACE!!!

So happy this store opened up close to my house. I’ve been a loyal cloud 9 member since 2016. They always have the best products, best prices and best service. It’s a new store and the manager is a pretty cool dude. If you’re ever in the area or live close check this new store out!
The only vape shop I go to. Jon was exceptional assisting me today per usual. Dope vibes. Cool staff.
