Purchased one of their products. Tested before leaving and it was barely working. Staff probably knew it was a defect but send me off. When i came back to tell him it was a defect, he told me he cant exchage or return because i didnt come back on the same day. Almost burnt my mouth due to the defective product but refused to do anything. I would recommend to go to other honest smoke shops. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I read the response but i wanted a different product in the first place and the only reason i got that product was because you recommended it. I spent $30 to just get my mouth almost burnt. If the damage was severe, i would have gone to my lawyer. It makes me more mad that now you are offering exchange after i wrote the review. If you treat customers like this, your business will not succeed. If you have given me exchange the first place, i wouldnt have written this review and now i will not erase it for anything. DO NOT TRUST THE FAKE REVIEWS!!
