The man behind the counter was very helpful to us; being from out of state. We went to another store down the street right before and they were rude. It was a relief to come into this shop and be greeted by someone kind. Thank you

Had the pipe bowl I needed for a decent price and the young lady working there was very nice. Only bad point was my first visit there I purchased a new mod and bowl combo...but when I plugged it in the mod was too hot to touch as I thought it might burst into flames. Now the new mod is worthless and money wasted.

Spent $273 on cigars. Dusted a few off. Didn''t even get a free cigar never mind a lighter. Didn''t expect to or need to. Just thought that was a decent size purchase.. Over charged on 1 by about $10. Could be an honest mistake.
Great spot. Very helpful, knowledgeable staff. The Salem Ma store is great as well. Great selection, fairly priced & open late what else can you ask for?
