  I love this place. I have been coming here since before they got this new location. Brett, Jayden, and Curtis are all awesome. Will definitely continue to come here.

  I’ve been a loyal customer since I moved to Kyle. I recently got a water pipe from a friend with a broken bowl. I went to buy a bowl which happened to not fit. I went back to exchange it for anything else and apparently they don’t allow any exchanges. The girl was nice about it but the guy was not helpful and rude. 1/10 do not recommend going back. I’ll take my business to planet K.

  Please don''t advertise that you open at 7am when no one is here to open the store. I''ve been waiting in the parking lot since 7:45am this morning and it is currently 8:15am. And I know this is an ongoing problem because one of the employees has commented before how unreliable the morning crew can be here. Super disappointed because I love that this place is supposed to be open before I have to go into work, but now terribly disappointed because it seems as though y''all haven''t fixed your time management problems. Change your business hours or change your employees.

  The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable of the different products. I actually stumbled onto this place getting food. I would recommend stopping by.
