I purchased a electronics cigarette and I actually did not like the flavor and the manager Christian let me return it and get one that I actually enjoyed. Also Jacqueline was very knowledgeable and carrying and kind m. She should be a assist manager. Lol they where great. Best big smoke in Boise hands down. It was a great experience.

I go here regularly and the employees are some of the nicest I''ve ever met. I also won a raffle here for a camping chair. :)

Super helpful and friendly staff. We chatted for a bit about unrelated things, and I felt as if they knew me as a regular customer. That''s great customer service! I love this store.
