  Nice shop, Ferny was nice and welcoming when I walked in. Super clean shop. If I wasn’t from out of town this would be my regular place. But definitely telling my Desert people about this shop

  Great shop in my opinion been going there for a good year now and every time i go in great customer service all the workers are friendly recently just bought a The Carta 2 from and went in today and the worker suggested this cleaner for my bong i used it and looks like i just got it. over all great customer service good workers and over all an amazing smoke shop.

  Really liked this shop and heard great things from several sources. They had glass screens super cheap which are hard to even find anywhere. But 15 min after purchasing a torch lighter, i discovered it didn''t work properly and called to arrange an exchange for one that isn''t defective. I did not see Frankie (?) test it, but he claimed he did and refused to exchange the product. This customer service doesn''t invite me to return, when I others would have. Especially considering its a same day exchange, literally 15 mins after purchase.

  Karlos is the reason why every time I come to the greater are of Palm Springs in the future, I will be returning to this smoke shop.My dad and I have never had such a friendly interaction in a smoke shop and I didn’t spend more than 10 minutes in there. They had everything I needed and Karlos was well versed with the products. I would rate 10 out of 5 if possible simply because Karlos cared about his job and the customer.

  Super big shop and everything I need they got it’s amazing how big of a variety they got and the customer service is amazing they treat you like a friend! Love those guys you gotta check it out
