Claim they open at 10am it’s currently 8 after and no one’s here. I usually don’t make reviews but this happens more times than not. If you say you open at 10 then all employees should be there by 9:30-9:45. This is honestly sad and whoever opens should be terminated

Clean store but not as many selection as the other vape shop I go to. Prices are crazy cause I can get the same vape at Vape Palace and it''s $5 to $8 cheaper. I won''t be back to this shop. Vape Palace is a lot better than this shop.

Customer service is great here! Love shopping at this location and their 1107 Mt Vernon Rd location. They always have what I need in stock and if not, they’re more than willing to order it in if it’s never been on their shelves before!

We often have no idea what we want when we walk through the door. But the staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. The selection is decent and we always find something nice in our budget.
