Bryce Bryce was amazing with the customer service and Bailey come shop at 4:20. He even looked out for a brother five stars.

These guys are great they also take care of you with whatever you may need and are knowledgeable and polite, they have a great selection of anything you could need smoke related and more! They certainly are a top competitor to Btown Smoke Time, hell I go as far to say they are better more friendly environment cause smoketime has stuck up employees and the guys and girls here are down to earth as a smoke shop employee should be! I’m a regular customer and will be long as I love highly recommended

I called this store to discuss one of their employees at other location that had treated my wife and i very rudely. But the point is that with the call to their store they didn''t want to help me or even discuss the issue. I was basically blown off and was not helped in any way for the issue of that employee being insulting to my wife and I . So this company doesn''t hold their employees accountable for what they do to their customers. So with that being said beware if you go in stay away from the long black haired lady with tats . She is. well I just say rude person and she has no personal skills . Also she DOES NOT belong in customer service . I would usually say retrain but I don''t think the desire to better her social skills are at top of her need to do list .

Always something new to see every time I come in here. Their customer loyalty program is pretty top notch. I get both my vape juice/coils and my hemp products there, and they have punch card discounts for both! Also love all the cheap stickers.

Dear Lord, they have a couple of very beautiful, exotic men working at the west third location. Honestly these people are great. I always go to this location for my pre rolls, Incense, and vape juices and you wouldn''t catch me dead anywhere else.
