  Customer service was good, variety of products. I bought a butane light, refilled it once and after that I tried to refill it and all the gas came shooting out. Tried a few more times, same. Took it back and he tried to fill it and it wouldn''t. I asked if I could exchange it or just a discount, he''s said no and he didn''t know why it did it. For that reason I''m going to try another store.

  I asked for a CBD smoke pin and was sold a pin for nicotine when it wldnt charge I took it bk next day he refused to hv refund and wanted to exchange it for another of same pin when my husband recognized and refused iwt he then offered the correct pin and SD I can''t bring it back if it doesn''t work that''s manufacturer fault not his
  l not do business at the store again and if you value your dollar u wouldn''t either

  Do not go to this place if you are going to buy a hookah. They are cheap, poorly made, and don’t hit. Spent $50 on a hookah for it to never hit. When I called the store he immediately said “no refunds, no returns” when I wasn’t looking to get any money back but informing him I’m bringing it to the store to show him it doesn’t work. Soon as I get to the store , it broke. Will not support the business anymore, and I have plenty of hookahs and know how to set a head, the hookah was just cheap & raggedy. Didn’t need it Only returned to buy something because I went in one day waiting at the dmv & said I’ll be back. Trying to be a good person that stick to they word and got dupped out of $50. They smile and play in your face to get your money and rude asl when they cheap products doesn’t work.

  Very nice place and the staff was super helpful.
